    Things that need to be changed ASAP:
    - Amount of servers
    - Challenge kits having a description
    - Re-join time being longer than 1 min (today mc crashed during a game and it takes very long to reboot in conclusion ended up losing a game that took me 20+ mins to play. This happens often.)
    - More moderators and admins on the servers

    (If I remember some more or get related comments I will edit this post)

    I would recommend providing more detail around what specifically is wrong along with examples and then some proposed solutions to what you see as the root cause of the problem.

    If your minecraft crashes a lot I would recommend allocating more RAM to it and getting Optifine if you haven't already.
