    Does anyone know how to make custom spawners like how to get a spawner that doesn't regularly appear in-game. I ask because I see a lot of op people with mooshroom spawners, villager spawners, etc.

    You can change the mob in the spawner with a spawn egg by right clicking on the spawner with the spawn egg. I think it has been removed though, I have tried it but it didn't work.

    It was more of a glitch when 1.8 was released, I believe its patched now the issue was there was an 1.8 feature that enabled you to change the spawner via spawner egg when left clicking so people could change the spawner, the staff have since removed/fixed this glitch.

    http://www.minecraftupdates.com/summon-command go to here and you'll be able to make your custom mob spawners. Copy the command into a command block and bam, there you go.
    Edit: I just read the thread and felt like not fully reading it through, surry >.>
    Not sure how they get custom spawners or if that's even possible for them.
