Barret .50 Cal Buff/Nerf

Your ''in real life it shoots through a wall'' argument is quite pointless. If we would have everything based on real life, you couldn't even walk a few steps before getting oneshot by EVERY GUN.

The buffs are also pretty bad.

Also, did you take into account that it can headshot? Headshots pretty much always oneshot, giving it even more power would make it an almost always oneshot kill, lower level slower reload sniper. pretty much an even more OP isolater. Sorry, but no.

 

You know a slower reload and fire rate wouldn't change anything, right?

 

Any gun can kill you in one shot irl...

 

Barrett used to be really good, they debuffed it for a reason, no way they're rebuffing it.

 

I like the idea of changing the. 50 Cal. I'd like to see a higher clip size and faster reload.

 

I know, but what he means is that when u get hot by a barret your body gets split into pieces and u fly everywhere with your guts coming out. If you get hit in the head your head explodes and becomes missing and it's gross. Anyways I agree with you

 

If you want it to be more realistic get COD Ghost then come back and tell me how much you hate the game.

Also btw a Barret is a massive gun and there is no way you could shoot one from a standing position.

A problem with this would be, adding damage buff but reducing slower fire rate and reload speed. You gotta think balance in-between you ideas.

 

neh. if it got buffed, then it should be moved up to higher lvl. This would also mess up all the other gun lvl orders, and many more nerfs and buffs will have to be made. Also, why do u say this, its a 3rd tier weapon, and 3rd tier weapons arent supposed to be that good...

 

It is like it is. Barret probably wont get buffed ever again except if they make prestige guns higher level or something...

 

The Barret already does 9 hearts of damage to the body. Just switch to your sidearm and quicky shoot a couple bullets. It also OSKs right to the head. Just aim right and the barret can be a very useful sniper. I myself use the Barret a lot and can head-shot fairly frequently. Practice your aiming and the Barret can easily be the best sniper for a long while.

The Barret doesn't need a buff nor does it need a nerf. The Barret is perfectly fine as it is in my opinion.

I dont agree.
I think the Barret 50cal is already good enough for the people that have the level to buy it.
