    Do you have any proof that's your's? Also the app needs work. -1.
    You don't really need the rank, "I need the rank to show that I have a building talent" isn't a real reason to have the rank.

    The application format could use some work and there isn't any proof that it is yours and your reason needs too be better. -1 sorry

    The app could use a little work, and "showing that I have talents" isn't exactly a valid reason. The build is nice, but there's no proof that it is yours. To provide proof please do /plot i while on your plot. -1 please improve on these things and you'll have my +1
