Team Speak 3 Help

    Question: I'm wanting to eventually (hopefully) become a JMOD and I've been reading up on other applications and requirements and they are all showing to me that I need to be more proactive on the TS3 servers. So I downloaded the application and ran it, but I didn't hear anyone even when I went into brawl.com and then the survival room. Was it just because no one was online during the time, or do I have something set up incorrectly. I heard one person once. But they shouted nonsense and then logged. May someone please enlighten me? I'd like to better understand for future reference and helping others.

    If you did hear someone talk once, your sound is probably working. Just join a public room with other users in it and try to talk to them.
    You can see that they are speaking through the dark blue circle in front of their name. When it turns light blue, it means they are speaking right now.
