    I really like the idea of #1. For people who make parkour (I know you can do it in creative) can actually test it out. This would go for parkour which include cactus, lava mazes, etc.. I also agree with #2. For people with slower computers who really like to build or just for anybody in general, the reducing of the lag could really help.

    +1 for Idea # 1 and 2, however, the ability to halt redstone activity in your map seems a bit unneeded. Server activity is halted due to lag, but not so people can stop building with it, and you can just not build with redstone if you don't want it in your map.

    Solid ideas with alot of usage, even though i'd say with halting redstone its easier just not to use it?

    Not sure in what situation it would be needed to block out redstone? Primarily because you can just not use it on your map.

    Regarding number 3, you can just refrain from using it and if other people abuse it on your world, just revoke their perms, or just tell them to stop.

    I like the ideas though!
