Searching for TRA partnership

    my friend lolsquidward came up with a nice idea for TRA: a secondary clan, that could be called TRR (the royal reqruits). And this clan would have the goal of training people who want to get into TRA so they can become good enough to join.

    the owner of it it will be basicly a teacher (or master, maybe) and he would select the best ones and send them to me. This way I can make a final test to see if the guy, who passed through TRR, deserves to join TRA.

    squidward was going to do it, however he gave up, because he thought he was too inactive for this task.



    so what I want is a owner for TRR (or any name we decide)

    this guy need to meet with some qualifications:
    -be very good and skilled (like someone that are in TRA or could join TRA)
    -have skype and be trustable (or at least be super turstable, and I would rather someone that I already know)
    -be active in-game
    -    be mature and responsible
    -be able to make good and crucial decisions
    -be a very good teacher (able to keep track of the most skilled ones in TRR
    -be fair and serious (theres no space for being mercy/kind with specific players)

    A GSG Mod created the clan PGSG (Pre-GSG) for the exactly same thing.
    And it didnt work very well, because the most join the main clan or another one, not a pre or recruit clan.

    That clan probably didn't work out to we'll because the GSG requirements are typically very easy to obtain. Unlike the TRA requirements which are rather hard.

    If I may make some base level requirements in-game for the members of this clan, I would say level 42, a kill death ratio of 2 or higher (you can change this), and at least 40-50 nukes (again, you can change this). This is what I would feel to be kinda fair, as it could get a lot of members to hone their skills and become better in-game overall. Other than that, you can not have been banned ever, have to be respectful of others, and be a good person overall.
