    Im thinking this would make a cool party game if we could think of some ways to simplify it. If you don't know what Splatoon is, it's a game one the Wii U where the goal is to 'paint' as much of the map as possible with your color using different weapons. You could also kill your opponents and send them back to their spawn. (Watch video for a more in depth explanation).

    Here are my ideas to make this into a party game:
    • Remove the concept of teams and turn it into an FFA. Instead of team spawns, you will spawn randomly around the map. You will be assigned a color, and everyone else's color will look the same to you.
    • Instead of having multiple weapons like Splatoon, you spawn with the Splattershot (snowballs). Throw snowballs at the walls and floor to try and cover as much ground as possible.
    • Turning into a squid allows you to replenish your ammo. You move faster and up walls on your own paint.
    • Player who has the most ground covered by the end of the game wins.
    What are your thoughts? Any other ways you can think of to maybe simplify this game? I think it would be extremely entertaining.

    YES! I love splatoon! Adding it to brawl will bring gun games even further into the fun phase!

    Maybe there could be donator perks, like the splat-roller and maybe there could be teams, for which you could just have one team get x coins and the other get y coins. The concept is amazing though!

    If we did that I'd be open to making it more complex like this real thing.

    I think it fits party well, though.

    Teams would be better + you shouldn't be restricting yourself to FFA games.

    Doesn't mean it has to remain FFA. There could be MinecraftParty Team, where there's team gamemodes instead of FFA gamemodes.

    A full gamemode would be better. This wouldn't fit as a party gamemode; I don't think.

    I hate the idea of p2w in Splatoon. Weapons should be bought through coins, not shop perks.

    I feel like this would be a gold idea. However FFA doesn't sound as appealing as teams does, and it would be original to brawl seems as their are hardly any team games on McParty
