    In Boat Race, you're unable to go up the course due to the limitations with where you can fly stopping you.

    In Assassin, you're unable to move when you're spectating.

    For the boat race, you can do /spectate to go into gamemode 3. Just remember to do /spectate before the match ends or the next round you are spectating again.

    (This might also work for assassin)
