Other Friend list bug (all servers)

So it's been like this for months now, and I cannot toggle my friend alerts. So at the top of everyones friend list, theres an activator rail that says Click to toggle friend alerts. Right now, my friend alerts are off, and when I click to toggle it, it does nothing. I have tryed relogging, going to different servers, and all many other suggestions suggested by staff, but it does not work. I'm pretty sure this is occurring to everyone, because I was just speaking to @Compositions for help, and he cannot turn his friend alerts off.

I hope this gets fixed soon, because I cannot see what server my friend is on or when they log off unless I actually do /friend l. This is quite annoying, because it basically defeats the purpose of the friend list, right?
