    The enchanting bug has already been reported here.

    Please elaborate how "str is too strong", I have not seen any reports about this issue yet.

    The damage done by strength 2 pots is too strong, it was too weak about 6 weeks ago then it was adjusted and made too powerful.

    Yep - Strength 2 can like 3/4 shot p4, it should take around 8 to kill p4 with strength 2.
