    Hi Brawlers,

    We are looking for members who are interested in assisting us with our ever growing Brawl Wiki. The Wiki has grown to be too much for the staff to handle, as they are focused on other things such as server moderation. We would love to see what our community can do to help us.

    We are looking for members who are capable of writing well-written, professional articles and have a good sense of design. We want to make the wiki appealing and easy to understand. It is vital you have a good knowledge and understanding of the Brawl servers.

    If you are interested in joining the Wiki Team you will be required to do a number of jobs including:
    • Regularly updating the wiki to comply with server updates
    • Update outdated wiki information
    • Adding and designing new wiki pages
    • Writing content for new servers
    • Ensure all wiki articles contain correct information
    • Making sure all wiki pages have the same layout
    • Correct any grammar or spelling mistakes on the wiki
    Note: At times this role may be very time consuming so it is essential you have enough free time to be able to complete your job.

    Wiki Team members will be required to be in a Wiki Team Slack discussion and will be given a forum rank titled "Wiki Team" with a badge under your username. This does not give you any extra powers on the forums other than access to the wiki.

    Applications will be regularly reviewed and you will be notified if your application is accepted. We will not be notifying you if you are denied, it may take us up to a week to review your application so don’t rush us.

    Any information given in your application will not be released publicly.

    If anything, it would be preferable if we got some McPvPers.
    War, WarZ and MineStrike pages are being worked on and don't need help.

    Yeah, but I wanna know how long I'd have to spend on the wiki every day if I was a part of the wiki team (I don't really want to spend hours a day on editing a wiki).

    Tbh. I don't see why people want to be on the Wiki team so much when they could be moderators and still be able to edit the Wiki! :stuck_out_tongue:

    (btw @chickenputty, do former Wiki team members get a retired staff tag? Speaking of which, nice avatar it looks extra sp00ky)

    Some people like doing formatting and such on the wiki, but not moderating. It's also a lot easier to get onto the Wiki Team.

    Nope

    You can message the current Wiki Team to fix the issues or attempt to join the team to directly fix them.

    You could get a McPvPers beginners guide to be the wiki page. Just edit same parts out and make it look nice.

    Just how time consuming are we talking about? An estimate would be nice. Not just "be active."

    Guys, look at it this way:
    You get ABSOLUTELY NO special recognition for contributing to the wiki, aside from a black forums tag and a nice feeling. If you're just looking to get an easy rank and some perms/special treatment, this isn't the position for you.

    Nobody uses the Wiki Discussion forums section anymore :x.

    Also to people who think the wiki team is lazy, there are multiple people working on the wiki every day as you can see here :v.
