The Skull Crusher

Sup Brawlers,

I wanted to write a piece on a favorite gun "The Skull Crusher". This assault rifle can be used in a variety of situations. I find that I can use this weapon in infect and any other game mode.

In my opinion the Skully gives you a versatile weapon with a decent magazine, rapid firing of shots, short reload, and tactical maneuvering. This weapon is best used in flanking, head to head (medium distance) and entering/clearing rooms.

In my universe, I see the Skully as a version of the AR 15 assault rifle....it was almost a version of the G36 but that rifle is being recalled for I believe the engineering term is sucking (because it overheats and doesn't shoot straight).

This is the preferred weapon of many Nukers.

It's gotten a bad rap from those that overuse it and use the jumping around like a chicken with their heads cut off while spamming technique. This technique is not the most efficient and exposes the shooter to multiple deaths. You'll still want to utilize common sense and techniques when entering doors, shooting through windows, or engaging multiple people at the same time.

In reality, the faster firing time between shots allows you to focus on many different targets without using up all your ammunition and still lay down suppression fire. Ideally, you will want to pair this will scavenger to replenish your ammunition.

Sweeping rooms with the Skully is no problem and then using this as an assault rifle allows you the most flexibility on any map (except for long shot maps such as Beaver).

This is not a sniper rifle so the length of shot and power of shot are about half of what they are with a rifle. When opponents are far away, you will want to make sure they are in range and fire off a couple of rounds before they can even reach you with their Skully.

When playing Infect with this weapon, you will want to be on the ground in a defensible area where you have a clear line of sight. This will help you hold off multiple zombies during the next zombie apocalypse.
