Well, we all know (hopefully) that once you do '/report' and enter in a valid report, all staff members can see it and can ban that hacker. Well, an idea I'm proposing is that the person who reported the hacker (Person A) can know when a moderator has banned that hacker. So when the hacker gets banned, a notification is sent to Person A that 'Player blabla has been banned!', this is useful for many reasons:

    1. The person knows that the staff has seen their report and is happy, otherwise they have no idea if the staff member actually got the report and would get mad.

    2. And much more (cuz I forgot the rest)

This message would trigger once the player is banned, I know you can see the "BAC someone has been banned!" but I'm pretty sure there's no anticheat (or just BrawlBot) on some servers, so there's no ban message. Also, the player may be in another server.

If the person is found 'innocent' then the staff member can simply type the command (or something along the lines of) '/reject <name of person A>' and it would send Person A a message saying something along the lines of "Sorry, blabla is not hacking". Although I can already see flaws in this command, because Person A may have reported several people... but I'm sure the coders can think of something ^.^.

The only complications that I can see with this is when people send multiple reports. Maybe just make it so it will send a message like 'Your report has been taken care of' or something along those lines. I'm not sure if this would be entirely necessary though considering a player can see if someone was banned or kicked, and staff can just message the player their report was accepted.

I described the multiple reports, trying to find a solution .-., but there's always a solution ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. And also, like I said... some servers don't have BrawlBot/AntiCheat (such as Survival PvP) to announce the ban for them, also the person may be on another server. Messaging is like SO LAST YEAR. Plus it would be easier for the system to just send them a message because:

    1. The person who banned that guy is anonymous, meaning that for whatever someone has a problem with that staff member or whatever, they don't know who banned them.

    2. If a staff member messages the person, that person can argue in whatever point, it will prove to be annoying if a staff member is placed in a conversation with someone. It's basically like Superman saving someone and trying to fly off in the distance like a baddie only to be held up by some cops saying "Uh thank you, we need to stand here while we take a picture and get the newspaper".

    3. Pshhttt, like I said, SO LAST YEAR. What kind of staff member wants to waste 10 seconds of their lives typing a response?

Thing is, no-one ever does. It wouldn't be that hard to do, but at the very least, staff should start telling players if a hacker they reported gets banned or not.

Maybe just a, your report has been recived meaning a staff was online to be sent the report. It's no use reporting if there are no staffs online.

    I agree with this.
When I do /report on Mc-War, I have no idea if a mod from another server will fix it or that an Mc-War mod will fix it.

And a message to say what happend to this person, would be very helpful.
I'd like to come back to this thread, maybe that could be useful.
