The Law

Sup Brawlers,

I wanted to write a piece on "The LAW". This is a beast of a weapon can be used in a variety of situations. I find that I can use this weapon in infect and other game modes as well.

In my opinion The Law gives you a versatile weapon with a decent magazine and is a great support weapon. This weapon is best used in flanking, head to head (medium distance) and you'll want to use your pistol when clearing rooms.

When using the Law, you'll want to be in a support role. This will allow you the flexibility and the distance to use this weapon while still keeping your sidearm prepped and not getting shot. Many people use this weapon and get caught in the open or in hard to defend positions where the slower reload puts them at a disadvantage. Also, the range of shot as well as the accuracy are key factors to consider when using.

Your keys to success include: stealth, spawn camping, and angle or pitch of shot. Think about shooting down at your targets from a high vantage point.

Ideally, you'll want to be surrounded by your team rather than at the point of attack. You can hold off enemies if you are able to bottleneck them. Bottle neck spots allow your to keep them dense and you will be more successful than against single enemies. This weapons strength is similar to the Bow. Great for large groups on dense confined spaces.

Pairing this weapon with scavenger is ideal. You'll either have to think about utilizing the scavenger or fast reload. When shooting this weapon you'll want to shoot down at an angle from a vantage point (that allows your to have cover from their return fire). This allows a maximum proximity for damage. If you can time your shots so 2-3 people at a time are in the area you are shooting and that is ideal.

Since the rebuff, more players have begun to utilize this weapon. While still rare to see on the battle field it is a fun weapon to use.

In my universe, I see the Law as Thor's Hammer. HAVE AT THEE!

When playing Infect with this weapon, you will want to be on up in a defensible area where you have a clear line of sight. This will help you hold off multiple zombies during the next zombie apocalypse. Visuals and angle are important. Using this weapon on Highrise during a zombie apocalypse or Hydro near spawn can be a lot of fun. Ideally, you'll be with others who might have faster shooting weapons like a Ray gun. The key is to anticipate where they will be before you shoot. The slower shot and reload time are drawbacks, but this is offset by the strength of blast radius. In all situations, you'll want to draw your pistol when reloading and you'll want to hang back from the main point of attack while serving as a support role.

It's Thor's hammer.....based on the feedback I got when creating my Avengers pack, this was the closest to the law (he usually shoots lightning bolts).
