[Idea] Perks' improvements

    List of the current perks that could be bought and usable on War:
    1. Scavenger
    2. Speed
    3. Scavenger
    4. Marathon
    5. Sleight Of Hand
    6. Hardline
    7. Martyrdom
    8. Flak Jacket
    Through this thread, I'll be mainly focussed on three of them (Scavenger, Sleight Of Hand and Speed). Moreover, Pro abilities could be very useful in War as well as new ones.

    Part I: Current perks improvements

    1) Scavenger:
    In Mc-War, this perks allows you to receive 1/4 of your ammo back when you kill someone.

    {Idea}: When you have just killed someone, the dead player drops a little blue bag that can only be collected by, as I said above, the player who has just killed him/her. Once picked up, your ammunitions and lethal grenades will be resupplied.
    Note: This won't resupply launchers or equipment.

    Pro abilities: Doubles your starting ammo with extra magazines. This also replenishes your tactical grenades.

    How to have it?
    Grenade Kills – Get 5 Lethal Grenade kills with a resupplied grenade
    Kill Count – Get 5 kills without dying 5 times
    Resupplies – Resupply 150 times while using Scavenger


    2) Sleigh Of Hand:
    In Mc-War, this perks allows you to reload your gun twice as fast.

    Pro abilities: Allows you to aim down the sight ~50% faster than normal. This doesn't work with weapons that have scopes (that is to say the sniper rifles.)

    How to have it?:
    Aiming Kills – Get 150 kills while aiming down sights
    Reload Kills – Kill an enemy within 5 seconds of reloading 30 times
    Fast Hand Kills – Reload and finish off the enemy you wounded 10 times


    3) Speed:
    In Mc-War, this perks allows you to run faster.

    {Idea}:
    1. The name should be changed to Lightweight.
    2. Secondly, the fast depends on the equipped weapons mobility.
    Pro abilities: No falling damage.
    How to have it?:
    Escape Death – Escape death 5 times after being injured.
    Melee Kills – Get 15 melee kills.

    Optional: Offense Medals – Get 10 Offense Medals by killing enemies near their objective (could be added in War 2.0).



    Part II: Perks ideas
    1) Ninja:
    Ninja allows you to walk, sprint and jump almost silently, therefore you can sneak behind enemies more easily.

    Pro abilities: When you have this equipped enemies will be louder, it also makes you completely silent.

    How to have it?:
    Back Stabs – Get 20 Backstabber Medals


    2) Second Chance:
    Gives you the ability to survive a normal death by dropping you to the ground. You can use your pistol to defend yourself from enemies. Second Chance ends after 10 seconds or if you take a single hit from the enemy, and in both cases, you will die.

    Pro abilities: If you have Second Chance Pro equipped you can survive a little longer than normal. Teammates can also revive you - even players that don't have Second Chance. You can see a white REVIVE tag above a player that can be revived.

    How to have it?:

    Headshot – Get 1 headshot kill while in Second Chance
    Kills – Get 10 kills while in Second Chance
    Revenge – While in Second Chance, kill the enemy who downed you 5 times


    3) Dexterity:
    Makes you climb ladders and mantle over obstacles, such as gates, 50% faster than normal. You can also aim faster after sprinting and recover quicker from melee strikes.

    Pro abilities: None.

    I like how you laid out how to use them and I also liked your proposed ideas as well...the Ninja idea is very clever.

    While these are fairly interesting, the requirements and their fulfilling data would be a mess to code to say the least. I myself made a thread regarding to pro perks a long time ago, and the way I see it, is that War ain't the priority of the developers (not talking about 2.0 here). Some of your ideas don't fit within the universe or would be exploitable in some ways (such as the second chance).

    I don't think scavenger should be touched. Its fine how it is, however, I do sorta like the idea of pro perks, but I think this idea has been downed alot of times. I don't really understand the Sleight of Hand pro abilities...maybe I'm just not reading it correctly or something, idk. I like the idea for Speed.

    I really like all the new perks, hope to see dem in 2.0!

    The only problem is that there is no point in buying ninja because most players base kills on seeing players not hearing them.
