I've noticed that when using scavenger you can only replenish ammo. I think we should be able to replenish more stuff like molotovs , flashbangs , grenades and c4 because in infect as a zombie if you run out of c4 or grenades you're basically screwed cause it's harder to kill the survivors.

Infection isn't supposed to be easy to kill the survivors... I picture nades coming from every direction if this got implemented. Some maps are very op for the survivors, but that means we need to change the map and not the nades. Scavenger is already op in my opinion.

Scavenger is already a powerful kit, so if that would be added, it should probably only work for infects. Otherwise it would be way too good in comparison to the other perks. It would be a nice addition though because right now scavenger is pointless for infects. Of course they would have to get a lot of kills before they get equipment back, it might be complicated to make it so the kills stack up.

If this were to be added it would have to be very well balanced; Imagine a zombie throwing a grenade into the tower in Killhouse_2 or FiringRange and killing 30 people, the amounbt of grenades they would get back would be insane. I am definitely open to this idea if it can be balanced correctly.

    No.

    Reason no. 1
In infect you don't need nades or c4 to get an EMP. If you can get an EMP via 2 c4's which is fairly easy. Then you will easily get the other guys alive. 4-6 c4's would be Way too overpowered
Reason no. 2 in TDM/CTF c4 is a good tool to Rush people and kill them thru walls. If I had 4/6 c4 I would be Way too op. Then I could just try to nuke using only c4.
Also explain yourself more. When should you get extra equipment and how Many kills etc.
