    Part I: Gamemodes

    1) - 3rd Person Mode.

    Gameplay:
Third person mode functions just like regular but with an over the shoulder view. With it, there is a wider view surrounding the player. Because of this, flanking other players is much harder.

    2) - Search and Destroy

    Gameplay:
At the beginning of a round one team is assigned as the attacking team while the other is assigned as the defending team. There is a bomb located close to where the attacking team spawns, which can only be carried by one player at a time. The bomb is dropped on the ground when the player carrying it is killed. The timer starts ticking as soon the round begins. The team that wins four rounds (or more) first win the game.

    Objective:

    Attacking team:
Eliminate all enemies, or destroy an objective. Plant the bomb on one of two objectives, indicated by an A or B, then defend it until there is not enough time to defuse it. Note that the bomb can kill any nearby enemies, and the person who planted it. In the Hardcore Ricochet mode if a teammate is within the kill-radius of the explosion, and the player who planted is still living, if the bomb explodes it will kill the planter. If a player is able to plant the bomb during the last seconds of the given time limit, time is extended depending on the fuse time of the bomb (since the defending team has to defuse the bomb).

    Defending team:
Eliminate all enemies, let time run out, or defuse a planted bomb. Even if all enemies are eliminated after the bomb is armed, the attackers can still win the round if the bomb explodes. Victory is achieved as soon as the bomb is defused regardless of how many attackers are still alive. Defusing the bomb is very loud, and can be heard from quite a distance. If no bomb sites are destroyed, the defending team wins if the time limit is reached regardless of how many defenders and attackers are left alive. The defending team can also win if neither site is bomb-planted within the time limit, and at least one defender is still alive. A player should also note that when a bomb is planted the time limit is temporarily stopped until the bomb is defused or explodes.

    3) - Sabotage

    Gameplay:

In Sabotage, the objective is for either team to destroy a bomb in regulation or Sudden Death, or kill the entire enemy team in Sudden Death. The bomb is neutral, there is only one round, players can respawn, and both teams are simultaneously trying to destroy the opposing team's base. Whichever player is carrying the bomb is given a green marker with the word "Defend for friendlies and red with the word "Kill" for enemies, that updates every two seconds. When a player is killed during regulation, the player must wait seven seconds to respawn. This makes multi-kills very generous to the player who achieves them, as they can potentially gain a large amount of time to progress, position themselves better, or even plant a bomb. Both teams need only one point to win the game, though this can take a lot if not all of the entire regulation round. The regulation round lasts 20 minutes and the time is frozen whenever a bomb is armed, only resuming when the bomb(s) are deactivated or destroyed. If no winner is declared by the end of regulation, the game goes into Sudden Death. At the beginning of Sudden Death, all dead players are respawned, and the mini-map will permanently show all enemy targets. There are no respawns. The game then ends when an entire team is eliminated, the target is bombed, or the 90-second sudden death timer runs out (thus ending in a draw).

    Part II: Perks
I have already made a thread regarding perks, so that is why I am going to quote the official thread posted here.

    Part III: Killstreaks
    1) - Care Package:
Player must throw a red smoke grenade to mark the location of an air drop package containing a random killstreak or ammo. The package can kill players if it lands on them. Can be taken by anybody. It takes longer for anybody but the user to obtain the package, leaving them vulnerable.
(Unlocked at 7 kills without dying).

    2) - Sentry Gun:
Player must throw a red smoke grenade to mark the location of an air drop package containing an M134 Minigun configured as an automatic M5 sentry gun. The same rules for the care package apply. A single slash from a knife or gunfire will disarm it. Has a 90 second time limit. It can be temporarily disabled by a flash or stun grenade.
(Unlocked at 9 kills without dying).

    3) - RC-XD:
A remote-controlled car strapped with explosives. Controllable for 30 seconds when it self-destructs. Can be detonated prematurely by pushing the fire button. 100 XP for calling it in, 80 XP for destroying it.
(Unlocked at 10 kills without dying).

    4) - Napalm Strike:
Drops napalm on a designated area of the map.
(Unlocked at 13 kills without dying).

    5) - Harrier Strike:
Deploys a small airstrike from two Harriers followed by one that will hover over the designated area and attack enemies with its under-mounted turret. Can be destroyed. Will disperse rockets and destroy enemy helicopters as its primary target if there are any in the sky. This will also leave the player vulnerable on the ground until they deploy the harrier.
(Unlocked at 15 kills without dying).

    6) - EMP:
Deploys an electromagnetic pulse that destroys enemy killstreaks and disables enemies' HUDs, mini-map and electronic attachments, such as Holographic Sight. Also disables already deployed equipment, but those deployed after EMP will not be affected.
(Unlocked at 20 kills without dying).

    7) - Tactical Nuke:
Calls in a nuclear strike that detonates after 10 seconds, killing all players that are spawned at the time the nuke goes off on the map and ending the match in favor of the nuke user's team, regardless of the current match score or time left (except in Free-For-All, in which the player with leading points still wins). The player gets points for the deaths of the enemies killed.
(Unlocked at 31 kills without dying).

    Part IV: Attachements:

-Red Dot Sight (RDS) (Only for SMGs, Shotguns and Rifles) (Unlocked at level 3).
-ACOG Scope (Only for SMGs, Shotguns and Rifles) (Unlocked at level 10).
-Thermal Score (All guns) (Unlocked at level 12).
-Sniper Score and Variable Zoom scope (Only for Snipers) (Unlocked at level 47).
-Auto Focus Sight (Only for SMGs, Shotguns and Rifles) (Unlocked at level 28).
-Akimbo/Dual Wield (Only for Pistols and SMGs) (Unlocked at level 20).
-Rapid Fire (Only for SMGs and Rifles) (Unlocked at level 16).
-Grenade Launcher (Only for Rifles) (Unlocked at level 38).
-Infrared Score (Only for Snipers) (Unlocked at level 32).

This would require a player client to work. The server can't change how the 3rd person view looks.

Its kinda possible (I recall playing a map with something like it in, with no mods), but it requires almost no server lag which is very rare in war

I like your ideas, but lets be honest. What are scopes going to do? They really aren't going to do anything. It would be like changing the color of your leather armor. It doesn't do anything. Secondly, people have to be able to program and make animations for the stuff in your kill streak rewards. What is the remote RC-XD going to look like? I think that this may be to complicated to program. And this sort of takes away the skill of getting EMPs and nukes. There are too many rewards. I would have to give this a -1. Just tweak a few things and this could become a reality.
