Clan Wars [gamemode] (MC-War 2.0 Idea #2)

I know that some people have said this idea, even @JaydenChadd did a unofficial competition in January, but what if there was a game mode for clan wars. As of now the only purposes of being in a clan is:

-To associate yourself with other players
-Have a cool name before your gamertag

But what if there was a game mode on a separate server for itself (i.e. the last arena in the list of arenas). You would need to have at least 10-15 people from your clan to participate in the war. People of course would need to communicate and coordinate so there is the proper number of people needed. As for rewards:

-Players could receive a high amount of credits
-If clans go on a winning streak against, for example, 10 clans, then they could get special rewards as in one donor item (one item out of the list of guns, perks, and equipment).
-Depending on how many matches a clan wins, maybe the clan tag (or gamertag) could change colors.
-You can only receive the special rewards once, so people can't farm all the donor items without paying.
