Shoutbox idea

    Well I think in shoutbox all players(accept for staff)Should have a limit. Like you can only post 1 think in the shoutbox every 30 seconds or something like that. It would really stop spammers like robrox and Hal_0 and __xXWITHERXx__. Staff wouldnt have to do this cause they're supposed to HELP people. But if they abuse, well, the admins decide that.

    Would be kind of annoying if you wanted to continues a conversation. Of course you could always PM the person you contacted after "ShoutBoxing" them.

    This was in a old forum I used to be a Super Mod on, and it worked really well and it attracted more people to stay on the forums more.
    I hope this is added, as it will be an awesome addition, how ever it should be ran like a normal "Shout Box" is ran, like moderators Prune it every say, 1 hour, to keep it running at speed and spammers are silenced, or banned from MPS, private messages are opened in a new tab inside the shout box by a user clicking the persons name, I also think that there should not be any limit as to how much you want to speak, and if it is a one-to-one convo, and it's blocking the chat then they could be asked by a moderator to use the Private Messaging system, rather than speaking in global.

    Great suggestion, how-ever.

    Just after this post I realised this server has a shout box.

    OMG, Forget this post, see you all in the shout box 24-7 :grinning:

    Also, suggestion from me you should move the shout box to the "Forums" Page as well as have a button to make it large screen, as that will also help more people use the shout box, and make it easier for people to click on a post they want to see.

    I plan to tackle the shoutbox issues next week.

    So, move it to the frontpage, limit messages, allow mods to delete messages?
