    Well, that does look like an OOm.
    It may not be too OP because of C4, but it's an OOm nonetheless.

    You're right, leaves cannot be placed on. But there is wood beneath the hay bales, and I don't even think hay bales count as leaves.

    But even so the person is able to completely get out of the map and roam around

    They should allow the hay spot as a regular/reachable spot, and just put barriers on the tree leaves.
