    Question: I tought of creating a giveaway, and it would contain an adfly link, wich would lead you to the page where you can take part in the giveaway (most likely google forms).

    If the giveaway got popular enough, I could make another one, and it wouldn't cost me anything since I could get the funds needed trough adfly (highly unlikely)

    In short: Am I allowed to post blocked-site links on the brawl forums?

    No, sorry. Adfly doesn't even pay out high enough rates to even make it worth it.
