Regarding Moderator applications

After the long while of studying accepted and denied MCBrawl Moderator applications, I still cannot figure out if the following will help you in the overall acceptence of new JMODS.

Question: When it comes to "Past experience" does moderating developing servers count? Yes, they do provide the knowledge of the commands, but is it important enough to include when writing your application?

Question: If you do not know of it, there is Boy Scouts, or BSA. This is a program in which young boys learn outdoor skills and Leadership skills . My question is, Does it matter? I am personally a boy scout, rank of life, and Senior patrol Leader in the troop, and have learned much about leadership and leading others in the process. Another thing I take its the abilty to form Compromise, or settle arguments with solutions. Will this have any impact whatsoever in my application? If so, where should I mention it?

Question: I usually do spend an hour a day on the server. However, I sometimes have to take breaks from the game, do to my education or life. Will this affect my application?

Question: Does the amount of reports you file contribute to your consideration? The problem is, i dont plan to apply for JMOD on the PvP servers, exept for skywars. There are so many people playing that reports are filed before i get the chance. This staff is very skilled in picking out the hackers, as there are none around! In other words, I usually play on the Creative side, and do not find many player problems. Will it affect me?

Question: I have used a hacked client for TRAINING PURPOSES. On a developing server I worked for, we used the cliants to better identify hacks/cheats in-game. Will my knowledge on this increase consideration/is it worth putting in?

Any info on anything would be accepted, I do not expect one to know everything. Also, is there any way to have WE restictions on Build removed? Ive been told no, Im just wondering if, say under supervision, this would be possible.
