Currently looking into a new GPU for Christmas, my little 745 is far less than optimal at this point.

What I'm looking at right now is a NVDIA 960 GeForce GTX 4 GB, it looks fairly decent for its price and the rest of my PC is completely fine, I just need to upgrade graphics.

So, my question is are there any similar in price / specs with a lower price / higher specs? I'm not a graphics guy.

My advice is to buy the best Graphics Card you can afford. The card does the heavy lifting and can really improve your game.

My other piece of advice is to buy the largest screen you can afford. It makes it easier to see everything. Most TV's now days can also serve as monitors. With the holidays and sales it might make sense to buy both which is why I mentioned it. Especially, if you can get a deal.

    My .02 cents.

I could use the rest of your system specs. Since you want a 960 with 4GB of VRAM I would assume you have a hi-end one.
You want to pick a GPU that fits in with the rest of your system. No point getting a 750Ti for your $500 gaming motherboard.

Reply back with Power Supply wattage, CPU and motherboard LGA socket.

    Cheers,
    William
