I am pretty new to War-Z and I have noticed something. Almost every single donor asks for a tp log when they kill someone or when they die. What is it? Sometimes, they also ask for a compass and a PVP log. What are these things? Would they be helpful to me? I just don't understand what they are and what they're for.

I'm fairly new to WarZ, but I'll try to explain this best I can. A tplog is when you tp to another player and then log off, this is because if you're in a good area it's desireable to be there. A lot of the time when you ask for a tplog you're not friended with the player you tp to, so you often log out to prevent the other player from killing you.
Compasses are one of the most useful items in WarZ, it shows you where your nearest friend, enemy, and town is. Making them very useful to have. I hope this helped out, if I messed up on anything please correct me, because I'm still learning more and more about WarZ

    tl;dr
Tplog is when someone tps to an enemy that's alive, and logs out, in hopes they can log in later at a higher zone. PVP logging is logging of the server immediately, so that you leave a PVP logger, instead of doing /logout. The compass shows the position of friends, enemies, and players.
