    Question: I have came up with a lot of questions inside my head. One of them is this: Why don't JMOD's ranks? I mean, if they are abusing something very bad, they need to be able ban then permantly.

    The JMOD rank is the introduction rank into the staff team. They have limited commands as they are more focused on chat. If they are promoted to MOD, they will then have access to ban permanently.
