    The clip is extremly short, so we can not be sure that it wasn't just lag or a visual glitch. In future, please use clips with a length of 5 - 30 seconds as evidence.

    It can be, just as running while crouched. We review thousands of videos and are well aware of the glitches of Minecraft to prevent false bans.
