    It would kill the vanilla aspect

    DuDe It Would No Longer Be Vanilla.
    That Feature Requires A Plugin, And PvP Doesn't Have A Specified Developer (Phinary Was One, But He Left) To Do So.

    This would completely ruin survival if added. People would have massive grinders, and if combined with being able to change spawners, then the server might as well switch over to factions.

    So this is just another game breaking idea which comes from the gamemode factions, being able to move and place down spawners.

    Just to let you know, you can pick up spawners with a pickax in vanilla. You need a silk touch pickax, and it is only a 1% chance to drop.
