    As I kinda explained the idea of having a primary and a secondary perk. This could be a little change that would be really nice. But it wouldn't be like scav and stopping power, it would be more fair and have stopping power, juggernaut, scavenger, and maybe slight of hand. And for the 'secondary perk' have: hardline, marathon
    runner, speed, gas mask (if implemented) and the other perks. Or even have three catagories. Just a idea.{putty} LOCK THIS ONE!
