Fixed Chat Delay

    On War it takes about 10-20 seconds for a message to send. All the commands work fine as well as the guns. I'm not the only one with this problem.

    /msg also works better than just talking in Public Chat ( no delay )

    Yes! I have been having that too. My /lag and /ping are great, but the chat takes a long time to load! Great to know someone else is having this, not that it's good, but that I'm not alone in this XD

    /msg works quicker
    /friends is much slower as well
    The chat delay is in War, Ctf, Survival, etc...
    A small bug that has caused lots of "complaints recently"
