    Tank is a premium class, so it should be more powerful.

    Umm... Yeah. The EULA is the rules on how players can use/market Minecraft.

    No kit should be better than others, unless it is in a certain gamemode that each kit has counters.

    Well, tank has slowness 3, unlike brute, which has slowness 2. However, there is a trick that can negate most of the slowness. You can't straff or chase people with tank, so it isn't too op.
    Also, everything in the Brawl shop violates the EULA, but since it isn't enforced it doesn't really matter. If it comes to it Brawl can easily change their payment system so it doesn't violate the EULA.

    Please share how everything breaks Eula in the brawl shop. Also slowness is a op factor with tank. You are more knock back resistant and can land more hits on close range
