Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - I try to helpful wherever I can whether it's Teamspeak, the servers or the Forums

Which server are you applying for? - I am applying for WarZ

How old are you? - I am 14 years of age.

What time zone are you in? - Eastern Time, U.S. and Canada

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I started playing Minecraft back in Mid-Beta. At the time like every other new player, I didn't know much. Over the months I gradually started learning new things about Minecraft. Now at Present Day, I believe I know much more than the average Minecrafter. This being that I find myself very involved in the community. I stay up to date with the new updates and I'm always learning new things. Sites like the Minecraft Forums and R/Minecraft keep me up to date about what's happening in Minecraft.

What is your experience with moderating servers? - I have been staff on 3 servers now. The first being a community with 1-5 new players daily. The server doesn't actually have a name. I was staff on the server for 6 months as the server was incredibly fun and I went on it everyday. I had the rank of Moderator and then was promoted to Admin after a few months of playing. The server shut down over the summer in 2012. The second server was a friends server. This server is now open again but it is private now. Finally, the most important being MC-War. This is the server where I think I have been staff best on. With so many players, my experience with moderating has increased by a huge amount. All in all, I think my experience with moderating servers is pretty darn good.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - Let me explain. The difference between MC-War and MC-Warz is huge MC-WarZ has incredible amounts of arguments, Ddos threats, flame wars, hackers, cheaters and spammers and a lot of the time, a mod isn't online. Now I'm not saying that the moderators on WarZ don't play enough. I'm saying that we don't have enough of them. Ever since I became part of a team, my activity on WarZ had increased substantially. And every single time I'm on with no other mod online, the chat is painful to look at. I feel like I can help and try to fix some of the things I had mentioned above. Maybe not all of them but at least help.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I consider myself to be very active in game. Getting on daily for warZ and playing for 1-3 hours. I also spend around 1-2 on war next. The play times vary from day to day.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - TS3 is my least active area. I usually come on 3-5 days of the week.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I am one of the most active on the forums or at least try to be. If I'm connected to the internet, I'm on the forums.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I think my greatest strength is the fact I try not to put down players. I try to keep things upbeat and keep others around me happy. I also never miss a detail.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I think my greatest weakness is the fact I can get a little stubborn at times. This has improved and I'm still improving.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I would ask them kindly to make sure they don't do it again. I would tell them in the chat and use /msg as a final warning. I strongly follow the W.K.B. rule.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - This leads to a kick. If they log back in and ask why they were kicked, I would explain the reason.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - It's now obvious that the player is not listening and this will leave me no choice but to ban.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I wouldn't mind. Give them a thanks for correcting me. I'm always open to constructive criticism

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If it is a minor rule break, warn them for not doing it again. If it's a bigger one, well, there's a report button for that.

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: I'm a player that loves the MPS community and shows full dedication towards it.

Anything else we should know about you? - I try to make maps and resource packs whenever I can for the community. I'm currently working on a WarZ map at the moment.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes I believe I do. I also know when to use them and when to not.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I am fully aware that If I don't show dedication or I'm abusive, I will be demoted.

To be honest, this app makes me look very power hungry. I planned on making this with intentions of making no other apps for other servers.
