Question: What servers are going to use the new cooldown on swords, axes, and hoes? I know most people don't want the cooldown on soup HG, but I know the cooldown will be good on no-soup. Also, I don't think the cooldown will be good for CTF, Survival PVP, war, Warz, and kitpvp, but since this isn't really my decision I was wondering what the staff was planing to do with the new cooldown on servers.

Only time can tell really. We're not exactly sure how 1.9 clients will react to the server if it's still running 1.8. We have no rush to get everything figured out as we are expecting all the big Minecraft networks to not move straight to 1.9.
