    I'm just going to say this now. The team function makes our lives a whole lot harder. Here's why:
    Most of us usually have a much bigger team than 5 people

    It's always frustrating getting killed by your own teammates because your team was too big

    Compasses don't work half the time due to teammates not being on team.

    Overall: what I'd do is enable permanent friendly fire, but make sure enemy track tracks people not on your friends list.

    Also, I'd like to see Airdrops removed from the compass for tracking; either completely or until there is an actual airdrop to be tracked.

    For teammates:
    I think you make a valid point but permanent friendly fire is unncessary. What if it was 1/4 the damage? Then you get that realistic aspect but also makes friending something useful.

    For Airdrops:
    Just wait until it's fixed v;

    I think if we kept teams this would be fine, but turning off friendly fire would make things a lot easier.

    Honestly I see nothing wrong with the recent updates. I like to look at the /teams as a way to reduce the size of teams on warz. No one likes to get 1v5'd or 3v10'd, but due to this recently added feature of /team it creates a obstacle for bigger teams as well as and advantage for the smaller teams. As for the airdrops, the compass only points at an airdrop when there is one incoming.

    The problem is, the Teaming system was introduced to a more very close combat type of map(s). Most of the areas are small and require a ton of teamwork in-order not to shot each other. If the map was more open/larger, this wouldn't be as much as a problem, still would be a slight issue but this teaming was not meant to be used in close combat areas.
    There's a lot of other problems too.

    Here's how we can possible fix it. Redo the current system, anyone who is in the team (friendlist, not hub friendlist), will reduce 50 or either 75 damage from allies, this counts for every projectile, so a most shots would do little damage.
    Anything that isn't a sniper would be useless against allies as the damage from every projectile will be reduced down to 1 damage.

    Also, increase the team size to maybe 6, friendfire will always be on at this point, however teammates gain a 50 or 75 damage reduction.
    I dunno.

    And yeah friendly fire should be removed and the limit should be set at 6 I guess.

    I think team size should be increased to about 6 or 7 and that friendly fire should only be enabled when there's at least 5 people on the server at once

    - Remove friendly fire altogether (Removes the point of a team system)

    Teams have done what they intended to do, remove the concept of big teams. Obviously there have been people that have bypassed it using two different teams and being on different servers. (I'm a culprit of this as well.) However, I plan on enforcing the 5 Man Teaming System into my team EXTREMELY soon. I've realized that I'm litereally ruining the point of the team system.

    As for Airdrops:

    - Leave airdrops on compass

    Airdrops being on the compass isn't really affecting anyone. It's a lot easier to be able to get to the airdrops just using the compass than having to use F3 + A and go to the coordinates. And if you're running to the airdrop, and it gets taken right away, the compass will show you that because it's starts spinning once it gets taken.

    Don't remove airdrops i haven't been online to see it myself but tha staff keeps me updated tho. Airdrops just makes it easier and more challenging so No :/

    I agree the teams should be bigger.
    Since the first map there have been /friend command. Now it is max 5 in a team...... wut at least 10 in a team would be fair.


    Donor ranks should give extra team member slots Then.

    10 in a team? You're insane. Are you trying to ruin WarZ...? There's a reason the /team command got implemented in the first place. Almost everyone on WarZ wanted to get rid of the bigger teams. Now that it's implemented everyone hates the fact that there are no more biggers teams and that they can't win fights because they don't have numbers.

    Keep the team size, but either remove friendly fire or make the damage 1/2 or 1/4 of normal damage dealt to enemies.

    Even though /team was my base idea, it wasn't made the way I wanted it. It's either it is scrapped or friendly fire is turned off all together, those are the only 2 outcomes to this.

    Keep the teams limits because a majority of the server likes the limit so they do not get 10+ v 1ed, but it would also make the community happy by removing the friendly fire plugins.

    Airdrops:

    I do like the idea you explained, that the compass doesn't track air drops until they land, giving others a better chance at possibly getting it over others.

    omg everyone complains about teams, then joins a ten man team, then complains s'more, then beg for /team, then beg to remove it! Maybe this is why development is slow.

    Stop changing your minds. This is my look on it:
    - If friendly fire still should exist, make it when teams cap at 5
    - another option would be to reduce damage to teammates by 1/4 or 1/3
    - removing /team is not an option. There's no way in hell I'm fighting Koreans or Germans or any other huge team again. I only play like once a week and I don't want to 100% leave my friends.

    - airdrops. Just remove the option on compass UNTIL the airdrop is active, the activate the choice in which you can track airdrops. And please make it so that there is no radius, and ALSO a make it so you can continue to track an already placed airdrop for a remainder of say, 5 minutes.

    Maybe a little less than 5 minutes because it only takes 5 minutes to drop. Also what did you mean about the "radius"?
