"Resolved with no action taken"

    I have had this a few times now on my reports. I don't know how someone who is spamming or advertising is allowed to just get away with it on Brawl. "no action taken", so can I just go on every single Brawl server and spam screamer links or spam adfly links and make money? Since no action is taken you are encouraging people to just go around and break the rules because they know that nothing will happen to them. I don't understand how you can let people do this and take no action what so ever.

    I'd just like to tag in a few people here who will support this and also some staff who can maybe explain why they are letting people do this with no action what so ever.

    I would like to know how someone who has spammed, has used full cap messages and has been swearing at people got no action. I want an explanation!

    It might mean either there wasn't enough evidence or something hey we're already reported previously.

    When it is either of those the message is usually "Insufficient evidence" or "Action has already been taken", I also used /chat report so the chat logs of them spamming, advertising etc was all their for them to see.

    Only 2 of your reports were resolved with "No action taken". One of them was invalid proof because the screenshot you submitted as evidence was cropped, I'm looking into the second report and will tell you as soon as possible why no action was taken.
    In future, please privately message a a staff member if you disagree with a decision on a report rather than creating a public thread, thank you.

    Other occasions: Sometimes we recieve many reports reporting the same incident and rule breaker, resulting in only one report getting solved with, for example: "Spam".
    The other reports will be solved with no action taken, but we always provide a note that the player has already been punished for the same incident.
