Idea Helper rank/Set Biome in menu?

I hope McBuild can add these ideas:

Helper rank:
helper rank is an rank like member, but when Map Owner is offline they have no permission to build/break/use WE in that map.
i think everyone is confused about [greifers] and i hope this rank can help everyone..

Set Boime in menu:
i know thats an WorldEdit command about /setbiome,
but i think someone don't know how to set biome , and also it foes some errors like they can't set that aera to that biome. also, i think make whole biome is quicker and useful way.
i think in /menu or Advanced map should add this buttom.
/menu:
set the biome in the map and relogin to get the biome.
Advanced map (creating a world):
add a buttom[Biome] to set the whole map is full of that biome.
