    Maybe law should be changes to an arrow and smoke comes from the back of the arrow and it goes slowly in the air and then it will explode once it touches something.

    2, VERY hard to code, arrows shoot REALLY fast, making them hard to dodge. Arrows are also coded in as throwing knives (Which might be added), so no. Keep it as a wither skull

    Not really, in the plugin its easy to change it to arrows theres a place in the config which says Change to arrows you say Yes next to it. And it could be both to there can't be only 1 arrow weapon.

    firstly, this idea is kinda useless, the law is already good enough.
    secondly, this should be in ideas not in discussion
    and as a conclusion you should make a poll not a replying votation
