Surprise kit is broken?

    I join a HG game and i chose the ''Surprise kit'' But when the game starts i do get a kit but not the kit items.

    Exampel: I join a game using my surprise kit. And then i get grappler, but i dosent get the grappling hook.

    What can i do?

    And does anyone else have the same problem as me?
