    Hi.... I need help... Am I able to submit unfinished builds? I've always wanted to ask this question, but I don't care if it's a no.... Just answer whenever you have the time!

    Rip, Perf... we all know you have a build you wanna submit..

    You have more of a chance if you submit finished builds. You won't get very far if you just submit unfinished buildings.
