Usable Drug Effects [Brainstorm]

FINALLY. I can do drugs in minecraft

But really, this is a good feature, it makes Wild West more realistic. I thought about it for a while, not knowing it was already planned.'xD

 

Is this how you make the game addictive?

 

What does "block break for that drug type on use" mean, and does this have any point other than for pure cosmetics? Also, should doing drugs raise your bounty?

 

If there are so many negatives of consuming a drug, and the positives don't really weigh it out, why even consume it?

Edit: The only useful drugs are coco for running away.

 

Then it should be lulz-er :v fireworks will be nice for the illusions c:

 

IDEAS:
1. When you use weed, there is a small chance to play a sound clip of Snoop Dogg saying "Smoke weed everyday" (use a sound from a resource pack). You can do this for other drugs using different voices/sounds.

2. Also every time you use a drug, it should play a deep inhalation noise that other nearby players can hear, so you know when they're trippin'

3. Sort of like Fallout, using a drug can cause addictions, which can inflict more debuffs on the player if they don't consume more of the drug. Taking medicine temporarily removes addictions, while doctors can completely cure them.

I believe this would be a very fun idea, from experiences from drug servers it would be pretty cool.

This is a little list the drugs effects could be,

• Moonshine - Blindness
• Coco - speed
• shrooms - nausea
• tabacco - slowness
• Wildgrass - jump-boost or maybe water breathing

Of course these are just ideas, I am looking forward for this to be implemented.

Also to make sure people don't accidentally consume the drugs, make it so that the drugs are food items.

Maybe processed drugs have different effects than unprocessed?

This could be one. :V Some others could be:

Player 420 blazed it, lol.
Player: All ya gotta do it get some good grass. Roll it everyday for 600 years.
Player: Smoke weed everyday.
