    One of the main causes of death out in the desert and the wild west. Is lack of water!! De-Hydration killed MANY people in the old western times. So I think there should be a way players can suffer from de-hydration in this game. I know that WarZ has a thirst system, but I think the one for WW should be different. And since the western environment is very harsh, I think the thirst effect should come much quicker and much more deadly then the WarZ version.
    Perhaps a disease labelled "De-Hydration," which can be cure with a bottle of Diet Dr Pepper (jk)
    The cure will be a bottle of water, which should be available in town shops, and chests.
    Since de-hydration is natural in humans, I think every player should be vulnerable too it after a while out of safe zones. A player should get de-hydration every 300-500 seconds out of safe zones.
    The effects will start small, but if untreated, the effects will get worse until the player dies.

    True on that, I think the more they get dehydrated they should get a weakness, mining fatigue, and slowness effect.

    Huh. I'd say there should be the occasional well or pond that's in the wilderness so if you're lucky, you don't die. Also, a well at most towns would be good, again, to refill empty bottles. However, not in rebel bases or at farms so you can't remain there for too long. Water bottles aren't stackable, so...

    Yeah, takes up a lot of inventory space. They should add a time limit though, like five minutes at the well then you get teleported out?

    The wells would be in towns and randomly across the map. Towns are safe zones so they can't be camped, and it'd be pointless to camp a random pond.
    There's also a biiiig river.

    I was thinking about that before, but I don't really know, wouldn't want it to be just like WarZ. Other than that... sure :grinning:.

    You'd still need a water bottle, in MC you can't drink water without one.

    Glass bottles for sale at shop?
    Having lethal dehydration would stop people from camping bases and farms IMO.

    Ok ya, the Shop Keeper should be able to offer full and empty glass bottles.

    Take this as an example: Wildgrass takes 5 seconds per item to process, which means a single stack of wildgrass would already take more than 5 minutes to process. Add the way to the nearest town and back to that and you have more than 10 minutes. Now if you want to process larger amounts of stuff or maybe just go mining for a while, you would have to carry so much water it would take up half of your inventory slots.

    Exactly. Maybe make it so 1/4 of the inv, but still, it makes camping impossible.

    Never played this gamemode, but as a solution to the inv problem, couldn't brawl make a plugin that allows water bottles to be drunk 3-4 times before it empties?

    You shouldn't just try to make it as realistic as possible. Put fun over realism. Just riding your horse around in search for water isn't that fun, so dehydration shouldn't kick in after only 5-10 minutes imo.

    I think that after 20 max it should. Otherwise you can camp a place forever.

    Processing time is gonna be decreased, and it's still only 1 item space per 5-7 minutes.

    I think this is a perfect solution to camping. It'll make it less like WarZ
