Why do staff not answer reports (80%) of the time.

Staff get hacker reports every 30 seconds, and most of them are false reports. It is kinda hard for staff to sort out all of those reports.

 

Staff are people too, they're having fun and playing and try their best to do their job too. You can't give them a hard time for every little thing. They are not perfect.

As well as that there's limited staff members, we get reports every 30 seconds. There's only around 10 average staff members online at a time, making it difficult to respond to every single report. Another thing is that if the report's from KitPvp there's almost always a staff member on, we're just in poof to watch.

 

I banned JustHydrox, and got Scrxw for ride along. I believe that they were hacking, I'll look at them.

 

Staff try there best to do what the players want, even though some of them are really good at their job, they are not perfect.

 

Even though I'm just a trial JMod, I see reports flow in like nothing else, sometimes even every fifteen seconds. I can see how it is very difficult to tend to every single one that happens unless it's on the same server; for example, Mc-War as a whole rather than the same Mc-War server. Just remember, the only thing that separates a staff member from a normal player is their permissions and the colored name. At some point, they were normal players who want to play the game. The Mc-War chat profanity and disrespect keeps me from playing a game for hours at a time in some extreme cases. It's also hard to tell the difference from fake reports that end up being something like a a PvPer who is just a good jitter-clicker and not a killaura hacker.
