Denied RMST1's Wild West Sheriff Application

Brawl Wild West Sheriff Application:

Have you read over the Sheriff Handbook here? - Yes, and I thoroughly understand all information that has been written in it.

What is your in-game name? - RMST1
How long have you been playing Wild West? - I've played Wild West since 1 week before the official release.
How active would you consider yourself? - I'd consider myself being active whenever I can. I could be able to get on everyday for 1-5 hours.
Why do you want to become a sheriff? - I want to become sheriff because, as everyone says, I want to fight the crime. I've recently died to lots of illegal players with illegal items. This could be fixed by earning the sheriff rank, as I would be able to take away their illegal items and let them start over again in prison, or let them pay a ticket.
I would stop the fighting when I conquer one and free the innocent that had been attacked.
I will stop the drugs harvesting, processing and selling. I would let them pay or put them in jail.
When the evil do'ers do not listen to my command when I want to search them, I'll unfortunately have to use the given weapons to pay them their lesson and some lead in their body when they go into prison.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges your rank will be taken away? - I realise that when I do not use the protocols that are written here, I will be punished by a demotion of my sherrif rank.
