Not that strict, you just have to be a trusted friend of an Administrator+. Exception occur though, if you are a friend of any member of the team, we could maybe form a friendship and you could get a rank here. Generally, don't need to be good, but if you are a trusted, and skilled member you will probably receive a higher rank.
