    I think it would be cool if two people could ride a horse, but only the person in the front can control it. Then team mates could travel places together more easily, and people could share horses.

    Hmm... I know you can like do that with a boat in 1.9....
    Can you try to glitch the boat in the horse somehow and texture the boat invisible?

    Pretty smart... but doesnt one player sit on the horse's head and the other one almost on the tail, that would be animal abuse.

    On Survival you can ride players, perhaps it could work like that.
