Glitch Kicked for Flying

Is the gui open that asks which town you want to be spawned in? What exactly happens?

 

I'm getting this, and I'm unable to contact staff to fix it. Basically, you join WW, and you get instantly kicked to the lobby for the following message: Kicked for flying (or related).

 

Is it immediate or does it take a couple of seconds. Is the inventory up or are you floating? I need details so I can better understand how to assist you. You joined, now tell me what happened next.

The WW tag? Meaning what?

 

I believe the server thinks I'm floating above a block or I'm inside a block, and for some reason that triggers the anti-flying mechanism. The kick is instant, there is no wait. I'm unable to see WW itself at all. I join, and immediate kick.

I also have no town inventory because I'm not a new player. I'm in the middle of the desert.

Ah. I see. Have you tried shutting down you Minecraft completely? I believe part of the reason may be because of the lag ww is experiencing. I believe ww may not be loading it's chunks in for you, which is causing you to trigger the ncp.

 

try setting you graphics to fast instead of fancy and then joining. Change around your visual settings and also make you render distance shorter. Perhaps this will help for now. Lot of bugs are being worked out as we speak so please be understanding of issues. I'm going to try to get you guys online to experience the fun though, so don't worry. ^-^

 

It's definitely a WW problem, however I'm unable to join Brawl in its entirety right now because the lobbies seem to be on vacation. It's not my client's fault, I can guarantee that.

 

Most likely the lobbies are down. Try direct connecting to another server on brawl by going to direct connect and typing pvp.brawl.com
That should take you to survivalpvp. From there use /play wildwest

It still kicks me. I know how Minecraft works; I've been using it for 4 years. I appreciate you trying to help me, though. ^^

 

I apologize for not trusting your knowledge. Did you change your settings around to try to make chunks load faster?

 

As I said, it's not my client's fault. The WW server believes I'm either floating or glitching through a block. There's nothing I can do client-side to fix it. (I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to explain my situation.)

Hey how do you join the server city

 

This is a problem not only with Wild West, but with War too, and maybe other servers. I really don't think it is server specific. It happens to me on War sometimes when things are running slow or my internet flutters once and a while, in turn giving me crappy internet speed and setting off the auto-kick for flying feature. It is not on the server side, but the client side. I believe it happens when you join the server, you are momentarily in the air, and when a response isn't given and received fast enough, it thinks you're flying and kicks you. Whenever this happens, just restart your Minecraft. That usually works.
