    So, just a couple of my half assed ideas.

    1: The ability to transfer money from 1 bank to another. i'm not sure how you would balance this, but lets say my mate is in one town and im in another, i can transfer lets say 10k into his account and he can collect it at the bank if he so wishes.

    2. Fraudulent transactions:
    This one is a bit more complicated, but lets say someone can request a transfer of however much from one person to their own account, this can be commited fraudulently somehow and it'd be the sherrifs job to investigate and return all fraudulently aquired money.
