Upgrades for "Bandits"

I think that normal people should start off with bandit prefixes and vips should start with Outlaw and mvps can be something like gangsters or thugs something like that. Also maybe the thiefs can maybe upgrade their guns like special parts that you can get randomly from rare chests then you can add it to your gun and make the gun do more damage (I know it might be hard) because it seems like once you get full diamond and these guns you can't get better yet sheriffs almost one shot you so maybe to have a fighting chance. This can maybe even work for armor. Just an idea thanks.
