Team Headquarters

Hi Moderators, Developers and the rest of the Players,

So we as team (Lekosa1, Vianva, RMST1, XNJ, rocktomb34 and me) saved up for a little house in the beginning. We just bought a 4-chested-40.000-ounce-of-gold house. We just wanted some place to settle, but the problem is that I bought the house, and @Lekosa1 is the owner.
I am Admin, but you need to be owner to do /team sethq. This is pretty bullsh*t.

Thesis: Admins should be able to set the team's HQ (/team sethq)
Solution: Well the solution is simple, just edit the permissions, throw a reboot and it's done.

To convince the last few people that admins should be able to do set the team's HQ: An owner trusts his members, trusts his moderators even more and depends totally on his admins. So it is no harm to give the admin this extra permission.

This would totally solve our problem. Thanks in advance!

Note: Are chests in home secure, do they still disappear? It used to be really full of bugs.
