Website Voting is so messed up

Well when you vote for brawl, the voting rankings don't always record the vote and you lose a vote.
There wouldn't be a problem if this was to be for everyone at every time, but it isn't.
Sometimes planetminecraft.com and minecraft-serverlist.com don't register your vote, but later on the day they do. This is messed up because when you vote in the morning, and someone else in the afternoon, and the votes are only recorded correctly in the afternoon, the person who votes in the afternoon gets more votes then the other.
